Changed your mind about Level Up? Ask within 14 days and you get all your money back, for any reason.

Level Up

What you pay. $19 for 6 months of access. One payment. It never renews, so you are never charged again unless you choose to buy again.
Full refund within 14 days. Email support@tryproc.com from your account email within 14 days of purchase. You don't need to give a reason.
Where the money goes. Refunds go back to the card or payment method you used. Level Up turns off when the refund is made.
After 14 days. Payments are not refundable, unless the law requires it.
If we stop offering the Skill Test before your 6 months are up, we refund the months you didn't get.
Please ask us first. If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us, we may turn off Level Up while the dispute is open.

The Skill Test is free, so there is nothing to refund.

Refunds for team programs follow the agreement signed with your company.
