Scores stay with the person who earned them.

People learn faster when practice can't be held against them. Managers get what they need to run the program.

Employees see

Managers see

  • Who took part
  • Who finished
  • Team results, for groups of 5 or more

No one at your company sees an individual's score, level, coaching or what they typed.

So scores can't be used in decisions about anyone's job. Taking part and finishing are visible, like any other company training.
